Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters, or HIPPY, is a parent involvement school readiness program. Through HIPPY, we help parents prepare their children (ages three to five) to be successful as they enter school. HIPPY helps parents to be their child's first teacher by offering the tools, skills, and confidence parents need to work with children at home.
HIPPY Plus Program:
HIPPY Plus provides in-home services to parents with three, four or five year olds who are enrolled in HIPPY. Once enrolled in HIPPY Plus, the family will be visited by a Family Support Worker who will provide hands-on parenting training. Through referral services, also assists families acheiving their goals for employment, continued education and child care
