Wiregrass Habitat for Humanity builds homes for qualified low-income families, and sells them at 0% interest making homeownership possible for families who would not be able to qualify for a traditional mortgage with the goal of owning their own home.
Applicants must show a Need, be Income Eligible (have an income to pay mortgage), and be Willing to Partner with WHFH (must perform "sweat equity"/volunteer hours)
