VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT SARCOA:
SARCOA HUNGRY TO HELP -
VOLUNTEERS & SPONSORS NEEDED -
The 38 senior centers in the SARCOA region deliver meals to homebound seniors within their service area. Due to insufficient funding, the senior centers are unable to serve everyone. By becoming a sponsor, you can help an elderly person maintain independence through the socialization and nutrition that a home delivered meal provides. Additional volunteer opportunities available.

NEIGHBORS FOR SENIORS:
Home repairs can be a costly need, especially for seniors who are on a low fixed income. Neighbors for Seniors helps seniors with safety and health-critical home repairs. Projects may include: RAMP CONSTRUCTION, making homes more Handicapped Accessible (HAND RAILS, GRAB BARS, ETC), YARD CLEANUP and MINOR HOME REPAIRS.
There is also a great need for Volunteers to help with these projects.
