ADRC Assessment (formerly called “Square One”)
Aging and disabled individuals turn to the Aging and Disability Resource Center for assistance in understanding how their needs, preferences and unique situations translate into possible support strategies based on available benefits and services. Assistance is available by phone, e-mail or in person.
When you contact SARCOA for an Aging and Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC) Assessment, SARCOA can accurately screen you for any assistance programs and/or services available to you, and provide you with resource options tailored to your needs and interests along with guidance and assistance in applying for services, programs, and benefits.
