CERTIFIED APPLICATION COUNSELORS (C.A.C.) AT FLOWERS HOSPITAL.
Eligibility Screening Services provides Certified Application Counselors who perform many of the same functions as Navigators including educating consumers and helping them complete an application for Affordable Care Act Healthcare coverage.
Counselors may be able to help complete applications and may be able to "pre-qualify" applicants over the phone.
ENROLLMENT PERIOD (01/2023)
Open Enrollment for 2023 runs Monday, November 1, 2022–Saturday, January 15, 2023.
Enroll by December 15, 2022 for coverage that starts January 1, 2023.
