The Ombudsman Program is available to assist residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities with their complaints. The Ombudsman will thoroughly investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints received. Ombudsman complaints are kept confidential; Information is disclosed only under the direction of the person being assisted.
