Legal Assistance is available for persons sixty and over who need non-fee-generating, non-criminal legal assistance with simple wills, power of attorney, consumer assistance, Social Security and SSI (other than disability), Medicare, Medicaid, QMB, SLMB, or health insurance issues. Law firm representatives visit all senior centers periodically and provide legal assistance and insurance counseling.
