Program provides specialized services to infants and toddlers who are delayed by 25% or more in their cognitive, physical, communicative, social, emotional or adaptive development. Services for eligible infants and toddlers and their families include: Assistive technology devices and services, Family training, Counseling and home visits, Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, and more.
