Call for details, but they assist those in need whose income is under the poverty level

Documents Required
|
Must have proof of income or financial assistance such as the Most Current and Updated SSI/SSDI, most current Check Stub, unemployment, TANF, Food Stamps, Child Support Statement from Supporting Party, etc. (A statement showing the amount received each month), along with ID, Proof of Address, and Family Size. If living with another party and no income, must provide statement from responsible party as to financial support.
