Description
|
NOTE: Provides non-emergency telephone consultation during business hours to individuals concerned about possible child abuse or neglect. Will assist callers with reporting cases of child abuse as necessary. CHILD ADVOCACY: Responds to allegations of child abuse that are referred through Frederick County Department of Social Services, Child Protective Services, or local law enforcement. SERVICES: - Child forensic interviews
- Coordination of investigation
- Medical evaluations
- Mental health services
- On-site medical examination
- Linkage to victim resources
- Information and referrals to other community agencies
