Description
|
VETERANS OUTPATIENT CLINIC: Provides health care to eligible veterans that are in need services that include mental health treatment, women's health services, hearing aids, podiatry, urology, optometry (vision care), and other services as needed. Also provides free door to door transportation to eligible veterans for their appointments at the VA. They must be referred by their VA provider or social worker, make below income level, and qualify for VA beneficiary travel. Referrals are provided to agencies that help veterans assist them with getting VA benefits.

Eligibility
|
Veterans who served in an area of armed hostilities and received a honorable or dishonorable discharge. Also those who are currently active military. Do not have to be currently enrolled in the VA system.
