Program
Eligibility	Seniors 60 years of age and older who live in Petaluma, Penngrove, and west to Two Rock with case management. Must be unable to shop for food or prepare meals due to disability, limited mobility, poor eyesight, low energy, or other physical limitations. Living alone or without reliable assistance for meal preparation.


Program Fees	$4-$12 per meal suggested donation.
Application Process	Call for services. Need for service determined by Case Manager during home visit.
