Eligibility	Must be age 55 or older at time of occupancy. Income must be below 60% of Area Median Income (as of April 2025, $$55,740 for one person or $63,720 for two); some units have lower limits (50% of AMI).

Program Fees	Rents are $789-$904 depending on size of unit. Free reserved parking spaces. There is a community cable fee of $15 for 200 channels.
Application Process	Completed application and $25.00 (no cash) application fee is required for each household member. Proof of age (e.g. birth certificate) is required. All income and assets must be verified.



Normal Wait Times	Four months or longer wait list currently for Tower 1 and Tower 2.
