Handicapped-accessible units available. 64 apartments are available to households that meet certain income limits, while the remaining 16 apartments are open to all qualified tenants (market rate). Eligibility	For affordable units, household income must be below 50% of Area Median Income (as of April 2021, below $33,500 for one person or $38,300 for two people,). Some affordable units have lower limits.


Program Fees	Rents for affordable units are: 1 BR: $445-$760, 2 BR: $520-$830, 3 BR: $575-$880. Rents for market units are: $1,005-$1,345.
