Eligibility	Age 55 or older. Income must be below 60% of area median income (as of April 2021, $55,740/year for one person or $63,720/year for two people). Some units have lower limits.


Program Fees	Rents range from $690-780. Security deposit is one month's rent. $20 application fee.
