CAVHCS exists to provide services to veterans across the continuum of healthcare. This is the West Campus in Montgomery. Services offered: counseling/mental/psychiatric services, Diabetes support, nutritional education, home healthcare for homebound/terminally ill to as an alternative to the hospital, homeless/transitional housing resources, military support services, and womens health care
