Description	FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Offers assistance with eviction prevention, first month's rent. Financial assistance is based on availability of funds, and only pays a portion of the bill. Clients are counseled on finances and budgeting. Also, refers clients to community partners for assistance with community resources not offered through the Community Action Agency (CAA), if possible.

Eligibility	Open to any resident of Anne Arundel County, once every 12 months. Clients must demonstrate they can pay future rent payments. Eligibility: Adult: Yes; Family: Yes; Female: Yes; Male: Yes;

Documents Required	Photo ID, proof of income, and social security cards for entire household. Court paperwork for eviction assistance. For security deposit or 1st months rent must provide acceptance letter showing amount due.



Volunteer Requirements	18 and older and pass a background check.
Volunteer Duties	Answering phones, filing and other office duties.
