Program
Eligibility	Residents of Montgomery County who are uninsured or have no dental insurance with a family income no greater than 250% of federal poverty guidelines. Pregnant women must be enrolled in the Maternity Partnership program before seeking dental treatment. Children must be enrolled in the Care for Kids program before seeking dental treatment.

Languages Offered	Spanish.

Documents Required	Picture ID, proof of Montgomery County residency, proof of income.
