Program provides specialized in-home education and counseling, attendant care, training and medical services to Alabamians with severe disabilities. SAIL ensures the consumer can live as independently as possible at home and in the community through three specialized programs: Homebound services, Independent Living Services, and Medicaid Waiver Services.
