Eligibility	Must be age 55+. Income must be below 60% of Area Median Income (as of April 2026, $55,740/year for one person or $63,720/year for two people). Some units have lower limits (30%, 40%, or 50% of Area Median Income). Income must be ABOVE $11,208/mo.


Program Fees	Rents are: $455-$885 depending on income and size of unit. Security Deposit is one month's rent. Pet Deposit is $200. Water and sewer are included in the rent.
