Communal computer center and TV sitting area. Laundry facility on-site (in-unit washer and dryer hookups also available). 24-hour emergency maintenance. Booker Park North at Washington Terrace is a seniors-only building located in the same community. Opened in 2019.

Eligibility	Household income must be below 60% of Area Median Income (as of April 2021, $40,200 for one person or $45,960 for two). Some units have a lower limit (50% of AMI). Household income must be AT LEAST 2 times the rental rate plus estimated utilities.


Program Fees	1-BR rents: $592-$692; 2-BR rents: $685-$884; 3-BR rents: $778-$908.
