Description	CORONAVIRUS UPDATES: Existing and new patients can participate in a live-video appointment with their outpatient primary or specialty care provider and are encouraged to talk with their provider to find out if a video visit may be appropriate for their care needs. Patients can use a smartphone, tablet or computer. If the patient does not have a device, a telephone call may be appropriate. Virtual connections are secure and HIPAA compliant. Patients with a MyChart Account can log in to schedule an appointment, if they do not have a MyChart account or are a new patient they can call the provider's office to schedule an appointment. MEDICAL CARE: Offers primary care services for children.

Program Fees	Accepts Medicaid/Medical Assistance (no new Priority Partners), Medicare, most types of insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale.
Application Process	Appointments encouraged as far in advance as possible, preferably 6 months in advance. Every effort will be made to meet urgent needs.
