Provides cash help for those ineligible to receive SSI/SSP due to immigration status. Serves those who are: - Legal non-citizen individuals of any age with disabilities or blindness
- Legal non-citizen individuals without disabilities who are ages 65 and older
Provides cash to meet basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter. CAPI clients may be eligible for CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
