Description

NALOXONE TRAINING: Offers an educational program that includes an understanding of opioids, recognizing signs and symptoms of an overdose, proper rescue breathing techniques, proper administration of naloxone, and care for the individual until the paramedics arrive.

Offers Opioid Overdose Response Training virtually. Virtual community training is available 10AM-11AM, every second Tuesday and Thursday of each month.

Hours Of Operation Every second Tuesday and Thursday of each month. The training line is open Monday through Friday between 8 - 4:30PM

Program
Eligibility Open to the general public. Training is for at-risk individuals, family members, friends and the associates of any individual who is using and at risk of overdosing on heroin or prescription pain medications. The training is also for anyone who works with the public.
Program Fees None.
