24-HOUR INFORMATION AND REFERRAL WARMLINE/CRISIS LINE: Crisis counselors evaluate each caller's situation and make referrals to appropriate helping organizations. Provides SAFE stations at local fire stations in Anne Arundel and connects individuals to subsance use treatment services for any level of care.
