Description The second phase of the Washington Terrace redevelopment plan, Booker Park North is a senior community for individuals 62 and older that opened in 2019. The complex includes 72 total units (one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments), 8 of which are handicap-accessible.

Households must have income at or below 60% of the area median income.

Pets are accepted, with breed/size restrictions and a pet deposit is required.

Amenities include washer and dryer hook-ups in each apartment, tenant storage areas, and a covered drive through entrance. The property also includes a common laundry facility, computer center for residents, reading room, and community gathering room with kitchen, fitness room, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and an on-site manager’s office. There are two resident managers on staff, who do activities and game night with residents.

Secured building with private parking (permit only). There's an intercom in each unit.
