Provides low-interest loans for homebuyers and homeowners with low-income. Services only available as funding comes in. Programs vary for those in the unincorporated areas of Shasta County. Offers the following programs:

  • Shasta County Down Payment Assistance Program (DAP)

    • Loans for first-time, low-income, homebuyers. For those in unincorporated areas of Shasta County and City of Shasta Lake. Helps with down payment and closing costs.

  • City of Anderson and City of Shasta Lake - Homeowner Assistance Program

    • Loans for first-time, low-income homebuyers. Helps with down payment and closing costs.

  • Shasta County Owner-occupied Housing Rehabilitation

    • Loans for low-income homeowners. For those in unincorporated areas of Shasta County to help with home repairs.

  • City of Anderson and City of Shasta Lake Housing Rehabilitation Program

    • Loans for low-income homeowners in Anderson and City of Shasta Lake. Helps with home repairs.
