PATIENT NAVIGATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES: Helps cancer patients, families, and caregivers navigate the array of services needed during the cancer journey. Offers support to patients from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. Assists with locating accurate information and services. Offers free counseling, and support groups as well as a wig salon and integrative health services. Provides books, brochures and resources in a broad range of cancer-related subjects. Also offers a comprehensive directory that identifies community support, rehabilitation centers, screening programs, financial aid, specialized exercise and nutrition programs, and home health providers.
