Description ADVOCACY: Encourages persons with green cards to become American citizens and community advocates. Also helps with voter registration. Refers individuals and families to local social services such as food pantries, clothing closets, and health care. Offers assistance with obtaining photo ID or address ID. Photo ID is also a membership card that provides access to certain resources within the program. Photo ID displays picture, address and date of birth. Also supplies state insurance forms and assists with completing forms, including fingerprints for citizenship.
