LEGAL ASSISTANCE: Provides legal information and consultations, but can not guarantee individual representation. Provides legal assistance and information for individuals interested in immigration, including the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), TPS, Asylum and Citizenship. Also provides legal assistance and information regarding landlord/tenant issues and unlawful employment practices.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS: Training covers what residents can do during an interaction with ICE agents. Examples are if ICE comes to a resident’s home, if someone witnesses someone else interacting with ICE, if there is an ICE raid at the workplace, and other situations.
