HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (HCVP)/SECTION 8: Provides a rental assistance program that helps low income families and individuals who are seniors or disabled to afford safe and decent housing in the private rental market. There are two types of vouchers the tenant based and the project base.
