YOUTH PROGRAMS: Offers a variety of programs for youth in Howard County including: - A week-long summer camp for at-risk youth selected by police officers.
- An afterschool program for 40 elementary and middle school students that includes tutoring, recreation, classes on problem-solving, anger management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- The Explorer Program Post 1952 which introduces youth to all phases of law enforcement.
- Weekday athletic programs during the summer.
