GENERAL MEDICAL SERVICES: Provides a wide range of health care services and programs to the community. Specializes in evaluating hearing and balance disorders to help rehabilitate persons with hearing impairments. Offers Ears, Nose and Throat Center. Diagnose coronary artery disease and diagnose and treat cardiac rhythmic disturbances. Assists individuals with heart problems and vascular disease. Provides Bereavement Support Group, Diabetes Support Group, and Healthy Heart Program, the Calvert Women's Center Program, Parkinson's support group, patient/family resource station and Waverly Family Center classes. Provides Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Programs to help stabilize persons with mental illness or dually diagnosed. Offers diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, education and research of neck and spinal problems. Patients have access to case management/social work services to provide information and community resources. Offers personal emergency response system which enables persons to live at home knowing that help is available at the touch of a button worn as a necklace or bracelet.
