Eligibility Financial Assistance-Low-income persons living within the catchment area. Client can only use this service once a year. BG&E service must be on. Must have a turn off notice for BGE, show bill in their name, and have a working phone number.

Documents Required Valid MD ID. Address must match document presented for assistance.
