CASE MANAGEMENT FOR VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING:The Regional Navigator program serves Baltimore County youth and young adults up to age 24 who are highly suspected or confirmed survivors of sex trafficking. Only survivors of human trafficking (not SA or IPV) are eligible to receive services in Howard County
