Serves local kidney patients by providing kidney disease education, recreational opportunities and awareness of donor procurement.
FOR THOSE SEEKING ASSISTANCE:
Kidney Dialysis Patients in need of financial assistance need to speak to their dialysis social worker for assistance.
(Social workers at the patient’s dialysis or transplant clinic can submit a request for assistance on behalf of their patient)

Annual event to raise funds to help local kidney patients.
Other seasonal events take place September, November and January.
Volunteer Opportunities:
AKF is looking for volunteers in the spring to help on the day of the Kidney Walk Event
