Description
|
SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT: Provides recovery services for anyone struggling with substance use. Peer support specialists will meet the individual, determine the needs, and begin working through any barriers to treatment. If the individual needs medical care first, the worker will meet the individual at the medical provider facility to start the process once the individual is medically stable. Peer support specialists are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week by phone at 844-663-7337.
