Description
|
TAX ASSISTANCE 2026: Offers free tax preparation to any individual earning less than $69,000 for the tax year. Tax prep assistance packets can be picked up at the main office in Salisbury or at the office in Princess Anne. Tax returns can be prepared with the individual (by appointment only) or can be dropped off and the individual will be called when the returns are ready to be picked up.

Documents Required
|
Social security card for each family member, each taxpayers picture ID, W-2 forms for all jobs worked in 2025, bank routing and account number to direct deposit your refund (Voided checks work best. Refunds may be placed in more than one account), child care provider name, address and tax ID number, a copy of last year’s tax return may be needed, any documentation about money you have received from the IRS or Maryland, all 1099 forms for other income (if any), Form 1095-A if you received the Premium Tax Credit to help pay for health insurance, and any other tax related documents you have received.
