Description

SUBSIDIZED HOUSING: Offers subsidized housing units for individuals and families at Loretta Village Apartments in Princess Anne. Loretta Village I and II consist of 30 elderly housing units for senior citizens 62 years of age or older. Loretta Village Multi-Family consists of 32 units, including eight one-bedrooms, eight two-bedrooms and 16 three-bedroom apartments. Anyone at least 18 years or older may live in these multi-family units. Individuals interested in applying for housing need to complete an application and provide all required documents at the time of application submission. Applications are time-stamped and placed on a waiting list. Call for additional information, or to have an application mailed to you.
