Provides medical and preventive care for Dignity Health members, including family medicine (nutrition, women's health, sports medicine, adolescent care, childhood obesity, smoking cessation, holistic medicine), general surgery (hernia repair, gallbladder and appendix removal, GI tract and endocrine procedures, treatment for breast, thyroid, stomach, colon, rectum, and skin malignancies), and internal medicine (specialized care for the heart, stomach, kidneys, liver, and blood).

Services are available in person and via telemedicine for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medical information transfer. Health resources are provided through websites, phone, and in-person assistance.
