PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION: Offers a program that serves adults who have serious and persistent mental illnesses and who have not benefited from traditional services. The program combines mental health treatment, rehabilitative services and assistance with daily living.

On-call staff are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Eligibility
|
Individuals 18 or older who reside in or are willing to reside in Baltimore City.
Have a primary diagnosis of a mental illness, causing significant impairment in psychosocial functioning, with one of the following diagnosis: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar l and ll, schizotypal personality disorder, borderline personality disorder; and
One of the following:
Currently inpatient in a state psychiatric hospital for at least six consecutive months.
Admitted to a psychiatric hospital unit at least four times within the last two years, or
Admitted to an emergency department for treatment for psychiatric condition at least seven times in the last two years.
