Provides temporary cash aid to eligible adults with no children who do not qualify for other public assistance. General Relief is a loan that must be repaid. Provides: - Three months of assistance to eligible, employable adults
- Longer-term assistance to eligible adults who have a disability:
- Temporary disability
- Long-term disability and awaiting Supplemental Security Income (SSI) approval.
