Description Provides the opportunity for the safe, convenient disposal of sharps. Sharps can include needles, syringes, or lancets. California law prohibits the disposal of sharps in trash or recycle bins. Kiosks (drop-boxes) are available throughout Shasta County.

​Note: Place sharps in puncture-proof containers. There should be no loose needles.
