Provides a community-based prevention program, Syringe Services Program (SSP). Shasta County’s SSP offers a range of support services, including: 1 for 1 Syringe Exchange (50 max.) Sharps containers Naloxone (Narcan) Fentanyl & Xylazine test strips Overdose response training Referrals to Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counselors Free STI, HIV, and Hep C testing Free condoms & lube Hygiene supplies.
