• Life Support Program: Authorizes the City of Redding to notify customers in advance whenever a temporary interruption of electrical power is scheduled in their area. The program is intended for persons who would have a life-threatening situation if they had a loss of power. Call Customer service, or apply online.
• Payment plans for those finding it difficult to pay bill.
• "Call Before You Dig" helps protect one from unintentionally hitting underground utility lines while working on digging projects. Call 8-1-1 at least two business days before digging to find out where wires or pipelines are located.
