Description
|
STOP SMOKING PROGRAM: "Tools to Be Tobacco Free" Offers a free smoking cessation program divided into three phases. Each phase consists of three one-hour sessions to help Cecil County residents quit tobacco use and make lifetime behavioral changes. The program includes information on the following topics: stress management, triggers, setting a quit date, withdrawal, maintenance support, and relapse prevention.
