HARM REDUCTION: Provides harm reduction service for safe reuse supplies and safer sex supplies, and 24/7 addiction hotline.
CARE COORDINATION: Care coordinators are available to assist individuals in recovery. Inmates in Cecil County Detention Center can also reach out to the health department for treatment coordination.
