HARM REDUCTION: Provides harm reduction service for safe reuse supplies and safer sex supplies, and 24/7 crisis hotline.
CARE COORDINATION: Care coordinators are available to assist in locating recovery housing and outpatient services. Inmates in Cecil County Detention Center can also reach out to the health department for treatment coordination.
