INFORMATION AND HATE CRIMES HOTLINE: “Responding to Online Hate, Harassment, and Cyberbullying in Maryland,” https://oag.maryland.gov/i-need-to/Documents/pdfs/2026.04.02%202nd%20Draft_Online%20Hate%20&%20Bullying%20Guide.pdf is a public guidance document designed to help residents, families, schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups understand what to do when faced with online hate, harassment, or cyberbullying.   Assists victims of hate crimes and bias incidents in locating additional resources. Will also take reports when appropriate. All hate crimes and bias incidents should be reported immediately to 911, to preserve any evidence which can be used for prosecution purposes.
