Description	Helps people with disability and older adults with access and functional needs to plan, response and recover from a disaster and emergency event. Individuals who complete the application will be assess for disaster and emergency services, including PSPS events. Assessment will discuss services such as Accessible Transportation, Temporary Housing during PSPS event, Backup Power System, and other resources as applicable.
