Description	Offers a payment plan option to help qualifying residential customers reduce unpaid balances on their bills. With each on-time payment of current charges, AMP will forgive 1/2 of the eligible debt owed at the time of enrollment. After 12 months on-time payments of monthly current charges, eligible debt will be forgiven up to $8,000. To apply or learn more, visit Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) Note: If enrolled in AMP, REACH and HEAP payments would only apply to current and future charges; not towards any debt amount eligible for AMP dept forgiveness. Can miss up to two payments, but not two months in a row. If miss two consecutive payments or three payments in total, customer will be withdrawn from the program. Will have to wait 12 months to reenrolled.

Eligibility	Must meet eligibility requirements: PG&E customer for at least 6 months and have made at least one on-time payment Enrolled in one of PG&E's financial assistance programs: CARE or FERA Owe at least $500 or more on gas and electric bill or Owe at least $250 or more on gas bill (applies to gas-only customers) *Be more than 90 days past due
